First we had a getting to know you game where the girls rolled a tennis ball to each other, told us their name and one exciting thing that they got to do in their school holidays - sounds like you all had a nice holiday!
We then began on our Feathers theme by doing the Chicken in an Egg craft.
The girls then learned about nests from some library books and then had to design their own nest using plastic bowls and crepe paper. There were some really good designs girls.
Finally we played the game Rob The Nest trying to get as many tennis balls as possible in the time limit.
