We contintued with our feathers theme this evening.
There were 3 activties to complete tonight:
Curly Birds - the girls had a template to colour in and made their own bird feather. This is a craft from Mexico.
Sponge Cake - each girl got to decorate their own piece of sponge cake with icing and sprinkles as sponges are feathery light!
Letter - each girl also wrote a short letter to our new pen pal unit in Washington, America. They don't go back to Brownies until late September so hopefully I will get their response over our school holidays to see what they get up to at their Brownie meetings.
Finally, Katherine took the girls outside for a game.
